The beginning of the New Year was a great one for Project Undercover thanks to the team and customers at Whole Foods Waterman Street in Providence. On Tuesday, January 5, Whole Foods once again hosted a 5% Day on our behalf, generously donating 5% of the store’s sales for the entire day. We hung out near the produce section in the afternoon, sharing our message with customers and handing out educational coloring books. Whole Foods customers were more than happy to shop for a cause and generated a whopping $2,650 contribution. We are so grateful to the team at Whole Foods Waterman Street, particularly Hilary Duffy and Hattie Brown, as well as the customers for giving us a great start to 2016.
